Wine Pasta: Pasta Cooked in Wine

This one time. I realized (don't you love Pinterest?) you could cook pasta in red wine, instead of water.

So obviously, I tried it.


Tastes like...subtly wine soaked pasta.
Ain't nothing wrong with that!




Served simply with olive oil and a ton of parmesan cheese.
Then, I tossed it with some caramelized onions and sauteed mushrooms.
Even better.



Plus, the pasta just looks cool.
I say, why not?
I'm into it.
